Customized Wooden Figurine Process:

1️⃣ Provide carving details first (size, posture, expression more realistic/Q version, provide photos of front/back/side view).

2️⃣ Confirm order and payment.

3️⃣ Artwork will be provided within 7-14 working days.

4️⃣ After confirming the drawing, we will arrange the engraving by the master, which will take about 30-40 working days.

Note

1. Please try to express your pet's characteristics as clearly as possible before making the drawing, so as to avoid delaying the production due to multiple revisions of the drawing.

2. The finished product cannot be redone or refunded after engraving.

3. By uploading content to Island Creations, you hereby acknowledge and declare that your content does not infringe any legal or third party rights (e.g. copyright, trademarks). Any Content suspected of infringing any legal or third party rights will be removed immediately and will not be engraved.

Notices Before Ordering

1. Handmade will have errors, the sketch and the carving cannot be identical. If the sketch is completed, the order cannot be refunded. When the craving is completed, it is impossible to redo or refund.

2. Sketch production takes 7-14 working days. After confirming , it will take 30-40 working days for the woodcarver to make, please reserve time for ordering.

3. We will draft the sketch for customer confirm while receive the payment. If there are any changes, please propose it in sketch.

4. The sketch can only be changed 2 times, if you need to make other changes, an additional +USD$30 is required, please provide all details carefully to avoid delay.

5. After the carving is completed, if modification is required, it can only be modified twice according to the sketch.

6. If it is not basic on our posture (sitting / lying down), it will be treated as a special posture.
