1. Provide the photo of the figure to be carved, the pose to be made, and the costume.

2. Confirm the order and payment.

3️. After confirmation of payment, we will provide the artwork within 7-14 working days to confirm the details.

4️. After confirming the artwork, we will arrange for the artist to engrave the artwork, which will take about 40-55 working days.

1. Please try to express the character as clearly as possible before making the drawing, so as not to delay the production by revising the drawing several times. 

2. The finished product cannot be redone or refunded after engraving.

3. By uploading content to Island Creations, you hereby acknowledge and declare that your content does not infringe any legal or third party rights (e.g. copyright, trademarks). Any Content suspected of infringing any legal or third party rights will be removed immediately and will not be engraved.

Notices before ordering

1.Handmade will have errors, the sketch and the carving cannot be identical. If the sketch is completed, the order cannot be refunded. When the craving is completed, it is impossible to redo or refund.

2. Sketch production takes 7-14 working days. After confirming , it will take 40-55 working days for the woodcarver to make, please reserve time for ordering.

3. It takes 30 working days to expedite (calculated from the day the sketch is confirmed).

4. We will draft the sketch for customer confirm while receive the payment. If there are any changes, please propose it in sketch.

5. The sketch can only be changed 2 times, if you need to make other changes, an additional +USD$30 is required, please provide all details carefully to avoid delay.

6. After the carving is completed, if modification is required, it can only be modified twice according to the sketch.
